We are Cross and Melissa. Cross is a Florida certified paramedic and nationally certified EMT. Melissa is a nationally certified EMT as well. Together, we decided to form our company, Yard Muckers, LLC.

The idea grew out of our love for our own pets. As a medic and EMT, we worked 24-hour shifts so almost every day one of us was home with our pets (which are our babies). We knew not every household had that luxury.

Everyone loves their fur babies and the time we spend with them and our families is precious. It always seems there is never enough time. Being able to spend quality time with them is priceless, but we all have other responsibilities that cuts in the amount of time we have. We have work, school, homework, errands, household chores, meals to prepare, meetings to plan, side hustles, etc.

We all lead busy lives and each day comes and goes with us often wondering where day went. Taking care of fur babies also means cleaning up after them. For those of us lucky enough to have dogs, that also means scooping the yard.

Some people believe the pet waste in the yard will take care of itself. However, it’s our responsibilities as owners to keep the yard clean. Leaving the waste in the yard can lead to disease and spread diseases. It’s not good for our environment, not to mention it can ruin a nice a pair of shoes, which then may lead to tracking throughout your home.

That’s what we are here for. We take care of the cleanup for you. We will come to your home and scoop the waste and completely remove it from your yard. We are available for one-time cleans, weekly cleans, and twice weekly cleans.

Our fees are reasonable and based upon the number of visits you want and how many dogs you have. Our fees are available on our website here.
